Before you begin to make your entries for a WPtHA Horse Show, be sure to read all of the information on the Show Information page first! There is a listing of all the required documents you will need to upload/provide in order for your entries to be accepted.
The easiest way to make your entries is via our new online program Horse Show Tracker. It is a very user-friendly program that manages all of your entry needs and documents. Be sure to watch the Horse Show Tracker Tutorial video FIRST (link below) as this will make the process smoother and simpler!
If you want your data saved or other advanced features, subscription is required to Horse Show Tracker (starting for as little as $1..99 a month; first two horse shows are free; cancel at any time). Invoices and Statements are not final until reviewed by the Show Secretary. At this time, Flat Fees or discounts are not being calculated until the entries are processed. NO ENTRIES OR CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA TEXT MESSAGE OR SOCIAL MEDIA.

When you are ready, go to horseshowtracker.com to make your entries.
You must use the same back number all year. If you have a favorite back number you'd like to use, you can email WPtHA Show Secretary Christina Kooiman (cgk112@gmail.com) to request your number. If that number has already been assigned, another number will be assigned for you. If you don't have a preference, leave the "Back #" line blank and a number will be assigned to you. If you don't have your own pre-printed back number, you can come to the show office to receive one.
At this time, Horse Show Tracker will not handle online reservations for our Stall and Camping. THIS MUST BE DONE VIA PAPER FORM AND MAILED OR EMAILED IN. Stall and camping reservations are due with payment July 29 for the August show . After the 10-day deadline, there is no guarantee for stalls and fees will increase. Please fill out the pdf form below.
If you are unable to take advantage of the online entry system you can still send in a paper entry form along with all required documents and payment. Entry forms need to be received at least 7 days prior to the start of the show. If you are unable to send in your forms by that deadline, you can still make entries at the horse show. Just be sure to have all required documents and payment at the time of the entry. Please fill out the pdf form below.
If you are interested in qualifying for Weekend Show High Point Awards or Year-End High Point Awards, you must be a WPtHA member BEFORE YOUR FIRST ELIGIBLE CLASS. No back-dating allowed. Please fill out the form below and MAIL/EMAIL along with your payment. You do not need to be a WPtHA member if you are showing All-Breed Open classes only or to be eligible for the Rookie of the Year Award program.
